I agree with you NYCpassion — it makes you laugh, tip your hat and feel sad all in one.
The sad thing is the building is up for rent, like so many stores in NYC. Real Estate is at an all time low.

Your right: when I saw the sign, which by the way was Christmas Day, the store owner was only too happy to see me take a photo.
Well it worked … it got my attention.
